You can personalize your browser, all you have to do is download some skins (here are called themes), and voilà!!
And you can download many extensions to give multiple features to your browser... can you imagine you can control your media players (Realplayer, Winamp, Windows Media player, etc) from your web browser???? U can hear music while you're surfing the web!!
And this are just a few of the thousands features... In a single word, I love Firefox!!! (well, in three words)
